I’ve been procrastinating on a lot of things.
I know it’s not good for me and just leads to more stressful situations.
But, I’ve gotten to the point where I can’t work efficiently unless I’m stressed out.
It’s a bad cycle for myself, and I recognize that continuing to do so will only lead to more stress and burnout.
But it just feels like my brain can’t function unless I’m freaking out.
Is this a normal thing for other people? I’d love to know I’m not the only one like this.
